At Aushmika Jewels, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and transparent resolution process:

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

  • The video must be:

    • Continuous and unedited

    • Clearly show the sealed package, product, and the issue (missing or damaged item)

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This policy helps us verify claims and prevent misuse.

Reasons Accepted for Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is missing

  • Product received is incorrect

We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference, minor color variations, or design expectations, as jewelry photography may slightly differ due to lighting and screen settings.

Refund Process

  • Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

Exchange Policy

  • Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item passes inspection.

  • Exchange availability depends on stock.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
