  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship Internationally.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking details.

Packaging & Handling

  • All jewelry is packed securely in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Each package is quality-checked before dispatch.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate.

  • Aushmika Jewels is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In rare cases of delayed delivery, we request customers to allow additional time for courier resolution.

  • If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact us within 48 hours for investigation.

  • Aushmika Jewels is not liable for delays or losses caused by courier partners beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged or missing items.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from our side.
